  Studio apartment is located in Duce-Luka, on the sandy beach, first line next to the sea and has a separate entrance. Size of studio is 30m2 and is suitable for 2 adults or couple with a child. Distance of only 20 m from the sandy beach is best choise for people who want be close to the beach. For those who do not like sand, next to the beach there is a area with sun loungers and parasols that are part of the equipment of the studio. There is also a public shower on the beach. Studio consist fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, beach chairs, parasol and baby cot on demand. Parking is free and is located within another building in the same ownership 100 m from the apartment. There are hiking and cycling mountain trails in the area. The area is known for rafting on the river Cetina and other adrenaline sports. Also, you can walk from apartment to town of Omis all way along the beach for 4 km. The place offers a boat rental with which you can make trips to the island. Also, in the place there are pizzerias, restaurants, hotels and cafes with various entertainment and cultural events. Distance of only 20 m from the sandy beach where children can play in the sand and swim in the shallow sea makes this ap.best choise for families. For those who do not like sand, next to the beach there is a area with sun loungers and parasols that are part of the equipment of the apartment. A small place Duce lies in the heart of Dalmatia near place Omis, half-way between Split and Makarska, with its 4 km long sand beach, which is unique in the whole of Dalmatia and Croatia.

If you enjoy in summer activities Duće and its surroundings give you numerous opportunities both in outdoor and water sports and activities.

For those who are more casual long sandy beaches of Duće provide you with opportunity to enjoy in long walks, or take part in beach volley, jogging, or recreational swimming in the crystal clear sea.

If you have more avanturistic spirit there are possibilities of freeclimbing over clifs in Omiš, trekking or riding mountain bike in inland of the area, canyoning and rafting in the beautiful canyon of Cetina river or taking part in swimming marathon (in August in Omiš), water polo in Dugi Rat (all summer), diving schools, sport fishing etc.

For those who are keen to experience other and different life there is possibility to take part in harvest of olive trees in November.

Culture

In evenings hours a lot of cultural events are going on in Dugi Rat ("Dugirat summer") and in the near town of Omiš. These includes concerts of classical music and recitals in churches, open-air events and concerts, local fishermans fests and festival of traditional dalmatian songs.

If you have interest in the history of this area there is historical museum in Omiš and mediaval fortress Mirabela on the cliff above river Cetina guarding Omiš from its enemies from the sea at the past times when Omiš was pirat nest. In recollection of those glory days town harbour host s pirate battle every August.

In nearby Split a 1700 years old town there is the oldest chatedral in the world – cathedral of St. Dujam, famous Dioklecians palace, remains of roman monuments, roman aquaduct in Solin etc. Split summer festival gives opportunity to enjoy in theater performances, classical and popular music festivals.

Places convenient to be seen within one day trip are Dubrovnik and towns of Korčula and Hvar situated on the islands of the same names as well as island of Brač. Trips by boat to islands of Branč and Hvar are organised from Omiš.

Congregations and admirers of Saint Virgin Mary can visit Medugorje which is only few hours away in nearby Bosnia and Herzegovina.
